    John coughed nervously, and looked at the paper then John shook his head and pulled at his hair.

    "Greg, we need the antidote now - not twentyfour hours - NOW! Sherlock has been injected with neurotoxin similar to tetrododoxin also known as the puffer fish. There must be an antidote somewhere. I need to check the lab, I will need Anderson."

    Lestrade went pale, his emotional reserves are weakening and nodded to John - then got on the phone to Anderson and they then headed to the lab - hoping that Sherlock had time.
