No, I wouldn't go so far as to say that about her. Yes, she is a caring person, something occurred in her past which makes her want to ensure her other family members are well cared for, but she isn't controlling or anything extreme to ensure this. She also doesn't crave approval from others or desire to be in control. She's just a nice person. Also she likes being with friends but is perfectly fine being by herself too.
