Seb laughed at the comment regarding sex; how very clean and virginal. Suddenly he felt the fist in his cheek. "Bastard." he muttered, before smashing his own fist into Sherlock's zygomatic arch.

"Prepare to pay for the Fall." he spoke growling in anger.

Sherlock staggered backwards from the punch, his back hitting the wall. He almost lost his balance but recovered quickly and re-raised his fists, ignoring the stinging pain in his cheekbone which he was convinced was now cracked.

Instead, he quickly threw a punch to Seb's stomach, rolling into him with his arm and wrapping his other arm over the sniper's head and round the back of his neck, grabbing hold of his lapel as they fell onto the floor together.

Seb groaned and saw the younger man stagger. That was before he noticed a punch to his torso and being held in a tight grasp. He tried to breathe deeply, muttering slightly. "B'stard."

The sniper quickly assessed the situation before kicking Sherlock and grappling him to the floor - kicking him in his side. "Throw quite a punch Holmes."

Sherlock fell to the floor with Moran and grappled around for a while before receiving a kick that sent him onto his side, momentarily releasing his grasp on the sniper.

"I told you," he gasped breathlessly, panting and taking time to recover before launching another attack. "You're going to have to try something better than this if you want to beat me. I could fight you all day and not get tired."

And with that he quickly rolled over onto Seb's back, mounting on top of him and pinning him to the floor with the weight of his legs, hurling a vicious punch at his face.

Seb suddenly felt the detective mount him, he gasped and then felt the vicious attack. Seb spat the blood onto Sherlock's face and then gripped Sherlock's hair and yanked it back hard; "Tosser" he moaned.

Seb then grabbed the poker behind him and smashed it into Sherlock's ribs - this released Seb from Sherlock where he was able to stand breathless, swinging the poker wildly.

Sherlock closed his eyes as Seb spat blood in his face, wanting desperately to wipe it off but knowing that would involve releasing his grasp.

But then he was grabbed by the hair and his head yanked to the side, causing his left hand to loosen slightly and his body to move to the right along with Seb's pull. Unfortunately, this small movement exposed the left side of his body and the sniper was able to grab the poker that was lying on the floor just behind his head and bring it crashing onto Sherlock's ribs.

Instantly he felt two or three ribs breaking and rolled off of Seb and onto his back, clutching at his side in agony, rendered incapable and for a moment unable to even catch his breath. He rolled onto his good side and writhed around, gasping for air as Seb descended on him with the poker, his eyes like a mad man.

Seb snarled wielding the poker and cackling like a mad man - he lunged forward and the detective - swiping him near his cheek.

"That's for Jim. You bastard." then the sound of a phone began to echo through the room and shouting - the local constabulary he suspected. "Shit. Shit. Be quiet."

Sherlock yelped as Seb smacked him in the face with the poker, his cheek exploding in a sea of red and he rolled onto his stomach, trying to control the pain and not give the sniper too much satisfaction.

He was spared any more punishment for the time being and thankfully given a break to try and recover himself, by the ringing of a phone and the distant sound of voices.

"That your phone?" He asked with a smirk, turning onto his back again and sitting up. "It's not mine..."
