Done with the day! It was stressful but other than that, I enjoyed it! We cooked stuff and baked and yeah!

Baked any bread? I could use some tips and tricks to create a fluffy bread that won't turn into a lump once it entered human mouth ^^a

I think you overmixed it. We haven't made that much bread yet, only the simple stuff, like cookies,brownies,etc.

I am really confused because after the first rise courtesy of the yeast, the dough always feels like a really soft sponge cake. Once baked the bread is soft and fluffy. But once it cooled down, try to put a bite into your mouth, it will turn into a lump that sticks to your teeth. Is that fit with the signs of an overmixed dough?

I think you kneaded the dough too much. How much ingredients did you put?
But I think it's either it was kneaded too much or overmixed too much.
I haven't tried making bread but I helped my sister in making the crust for the pie!

I mean, try proxy or VPN. If it works then it means the inability to load is the result of the meddling work of your internet carrier.
