Take your time. It is quite hectic here and it really tests my patience. People can be such idiots when it comes to priorities, never mind that they should already know better by now.

No, we are technically equals but their mess is affecting my area and considering how fragile the balance is, it is in our best interest to see this resolved with minimal casualties. These people were slowing me down with their continuous blunders and on this state of mind, I am not the best one to directly steer them out of the mess. Needs someone who can project warmth and I know myself enough that I am far from such person even at my best.

I will Roleplay canon characters if that is fine for you. Not unless you want to change the current course we are doing. We could start after season 4 and I will roleplay a canon character.

Why not make our own cases? That way we can Roleplay as canon characters and are not bound by the storyline

Sounds good. What kind of cases? They must correlate with the subjects that both of us have interest in and have a reasonable grasp of.

How about a couple goes on their honeymoon on a private plane, and the plane never landed three days later, and no distress signal was given?

Sorry for late reply, the email was late and I was pretty busy!

Do you have the technical knowledge for such case or maybe know some people who can provide it? Because Sherlock was once described as 'scalpel', means his work is exacting - with precision. If there is even slightly erroneous fact incorporated into this case then adjustment would have to be made, and if there are more of such then the case could veer wildly into the unknown or even turn up to be scientifically impossible.

Lol, I didn't realize of being logged out so I didn't see the green marking of a new post.

Hmm, I guess you're right. Let me think of scientifically possible cases.

    Any ideas?

How about this, we choose a scenario that both of us are reasonably familiar with or capable to branch there then make a plotline for it. An AU if necessary.

okay, I'm quite familiar with murders, been reading some crime books like "Gone but not forgotten" and Tami Hoag's "Dark horse"

I'm also quite familiar with disappearances that occur on land, and has explanation to them. What about you?

Most murder I've read at the past tends to be related with war / politics ( my eyes happened to land on a collection of Yoshikawa Eiji's works sitting on my bookshelf. Since you are in East Asia at the moment, surely you heard about Romance of the Three Kingdoms ) or sci-fi or law ( something like the Perry Mason series ).

What do you mean with disappearance that occur on land?

Something kind of like kidnappings. I'm familiar of that.

Ah, yes I've heard about Romance of The Three Kingdoms but haven't read it. I've started reading The Dante Club.

People either love or hate the RotK series without a middle ground.

Dante, reminds me to a book I read a long time ago. The Salamander by Morris West.

    Back ^^

    www.threekingdoms.com/

I cannot find a free read version of The Salamander but who knows if you are interested on database of ebooks below:

    https://www.gutenberg.org/
    www.e-booksdirectory.com/listing.php?category=360
    www.freebookcentre.net/medical_text_books_journals/Forensic-Medicine.html

BBC's Sherlock utilized broad spectrum of knowledge from various sources, my guess for trying to understand his art we must start by reading papers published by experts on various fields of study.
