Hi,
You will need a picture on your computer to use as a Profile pic/avatar
Top of the page click on Profile.
find Profile pic or Avatar whatever it's called. in the tabs.
It'll tell you what the maximum size is 150 pixels wide x 200 high and the max kb size I think it says.
Choose Browse from your computer.
Select the pic you're going to use, double click on it and it'll upload
click on Save at the bottom.
That should do it.
