Sherlock Vampire AU

This can go for as many users as everyone wants. All I'm seeking (or mainly) are a Sherlock, Jim and John/Sebastian. I want to do a Sherlock/Molly, Jim/Sebastian sort of deal, but with Jim and Sherlock as secret vampires.

I'd be up for that (gotta love a bit of vamp!lock every now and then) if you don't mind.
I can do both Jim and Sebastian - if no one else will - as I play both, unless someone other Jim/Seb would like to join and I could play either then. Wouldn't be a problem.

I might know a Sebastian for you, and I can try to contact them, but they are kind of unreliable. It's really sad that most of the Seb players can't stick to the RP's or end up disappearing.

Well if there is a problem, I'd be willing to play Seb.

Will this rp include were!lock or will it simply consist of vampires?

We can have were!lock. I just couldn't think of who we'd set as werewolves. I'm sure Seb could be one, now that I think about it.

I had the impression Seb would be one myself, and Jim has somehow managed to train him and he uses it as an advantage to have enemies killed.

It reminds me so much of Robb from Game of Thrones with his direwolf, Grey Wind.
If you have not watched/read it, it is an awesome series and I'd totally recommend it.

I've been watching it in my free time, so I know what your talking about. I like that idea too, actually. I thought about making Molly a secret one, and having Seb and her from the same litter or something similar, or maybe have had Seb change Molly or vise versa. I guess it depends on your version of werewolves and what makes them a werewolf.

Werewolves are much different than vampires, that is certain.
Hopefully we're not going to go with the Twilight versions, as I believe (in my own opinion) that those werewolves and vampires are not the greatest. The folklore of the real ones is what I want to work with in a way.
Meaning a werewolf cannot change a human into one of them, only a vampire. The marks they leave on someone's neck is a way of showing they have bonded with them or that they have been claimed.

If you are aware of omegaverse and how that works it would make this much easier to explain in a sense, although there are differences with that too. It would take ages to explain. It's difficult to get a grip of understanding of. Even I still have trouble understanding certain matters.

Apart from that, if you want to make Molly a werewolf, that'd be awesome.

Just give me a little more information, like:
1. How are they werewolves?
2. What would be the relationship's between the werewolves and vampires?
3. What do the werewolves act like in wolf form around the vampires, if they are owned by them?

I know the folklore of the werewolves and vampires and prefer them myself, I just don't know how they would all interact because I've never seen that myself.

I'll do Seb if he is still needed. This sounds like fun.

I hope this helps a little:

1: Let's just assume they're born them and their first shift occurs around the age of thirteen. It could be daily, monthly, whenever you like.

2: The relationship between both would be hatred. They're enemies, but they can get used to one another over a certain period of time.

3: For Seb, I'd imagine his wolf is submissive, as he would be to Jim in reality, or at least when he knows fully well to be. Jim's going to have trained him in both forms. With Molly if you're choosing to make her a werewolf, I think she'd be fairly 'tame' herself. Let's just say whatever the human feels, the wolf does, emotion wise and vice versa. If they were angry when they shift, the wolf will be too.

Also, do you want to go with them only being able to shift at night or whenever they please?

One: That makes sence.

Two: Maybe when Jim and Seb met they both didn't know about whe the other was. One night Seb gets atacked by Vampires and Jim saves him. That's why he trusts Jim and listens to him even in wolf form.

Three: I think they should only be able to shift at night.

I agree with Sydney about 3. And it's up to you both about number 2. I think it will mainly depend on the person who plays Sherlock and how they decide to make him.

Do you still need a Sherlock? I really would like to participate.

The idea to include werewolves is awesome, the relation between Jim and Seb sounds rather plausible but the difficult question is, how to bring the Sherlolly in.

Does Sherlock know, who/what she is, or not? I mean, he knows how to bash your life into your face within three minutes, but I think it shouldn't be obvious who/what you be, regardless if human, vampire or werewolf. I'd like the idea of Molly behaving similiar to how she does in the series, because she knows who/what Sherlock is (maybe we can make up a scene at Bart's, Sherlock doing some experiment with Molly's help, he hadn't ate for a long period so he gets hungry and unfocused, some accident occurs where Molly gets hurt and starts bleeding and BAM! *Sherlock's vamp!mode is activated*), but doesn't judge or hate him for it like other people does, but is also afraid that Sherlock would find out what she is, so she tries to hide it and acts all bashful and cautious.

I think that would be a good base for developing some Sherlock/Molly, with Sherlock suprised by Molly's non-judging and caring behaviour and Molly being all cautious because of her knowing what revealing who/what she is to Sherlock would propably cause. *end of trying to get deep into character* I hope you can get up with my idea. *smile*

Yeah, I'd like that as starter too and yes I would appreciate it, if you would start with it, I'm a bit nervous 'cause it's my first "real" rp as Sherlock, but I'm really excited though!~

Oh! That sounds great! So Seb could give Molly his brotherly advice how to handle properly with vampires and help her understand (which means more deep and fluffy Sherlolly times (hope so)! *laugh*).

I'll do our starter at St. Bart's then, with a body. I'm just going to wait until Consulting Criminal contacts me back to make sure they are ready to go before setting it up, though.

Okay I'm ready! I think Seb being Molly's older brother sounds good. Maybe he can be really over protective at times because of the fact they they are Werewolves and they are kind of their own pack. He's good natured and wants to take care of her.
Maybe he attacks Sherlock and that's who Jim saves him from.

Wait, is Seb going to be Molly's older brother as a human or wolf? As though they're in the same pack? If that's the case, then I'm fine with it, though I believe in human form Seb is the type of person who wouldn't want anything to do with her to be honest. That's just my personal view of him, just as he is canon wise. Because I mean he's a bit of a prick.

Well it's more he's a jerk to her, but he doesn't let other people be jerks to her. I don't know it was just something that popped into my head.

Molly could be the one who keeps in touch with him. He could just not want anything to do with her sometimes, and only sticks up for her (on rare occasion, possibly only when they're fighting others or something) sometimes. It's up to you though, Sydney. You are playing him. Is everyone ready?
